Hey just a quick correction to the guitar 2 in the verses (I don't wanna imagine how u figured ur version out):

e|-------------------------------|
B|-----------------------------| / = slide
G|-----------------------------|
D|----------------3/2------2/3-| Hold it all the way.
A|--3--5--1--------------------| (Just listen to the song
D|------------3/5--------------| to slide it at the right spot)

Otherwise it looks fine.

Chorus is more like this:
(and in standard tuning)
e|------------------------------|
B|------------------------------|
G|--5-------9-----10------------|
D|--5-------9-x8--10-x8---------|
A|--3--x16--7------8------------|
E|--3-------7------8------------|

Much heavier sound - more like the recording
