Cmaj7
   Hello
(G) Asus2
    I've waited here for you
(D5) - Fsus2 Asus2
            Everlong

Cmaj7
      Tonight
(G) Asus2
    I throw myself into
(D5) - Fsus2 Asus2
And out of the red, out of her head she sang

Cmaj7 - (G) - Asus2 - (D5) - Fsus2 - Asus2

Cmaj7
    Come down
(G) Asus2
   And waste away with me
(D5) - Fsus2 Asus2
          Down with me

Cmaj7
    Slow how
(G) Asus2
    You wanted it to be
(D5) - Fsus2 Asus2
I'm over my head, out of her head she sang

Is this the jazzy version of Everlong?

It's the same chords as the original song, for sure. It might just sound jazzier to you playing it acoustically because you're hearing the chords clean without effects and some in different voicings than how the band plays them. If you listen carefully during the studio recording, you'll hear the same exact chords as above: a big mix of sus chords, major 7s, chords with dissonant roots, and power chords.
