Thank you for this transcription. It is REALLY close, but there is one chord that needs to be corrected. The final chord after the chorus "shuffle bit in D" is not G5, but Cadd9. (Voicing x32033) This first occurs at :51 in song [or end of Bar 30] and reoccurs several times. Replace that and it should be close enough for rock 'n' roll!

One more correction - the main riff. Watch any videos of Mick Jones playing "Dirty White Boy" and you will see that he does not leave the 5th position when playing the main riff. In other words, although the G bass note sounds correct, it appears that he's actually playing x55xxxx and squeezing the D chord accents over a two note G5 chord (with D bass).
