There is no strumming pattern for this song yet. and get +5 IQ
Hey, these are the chords I worked out just from listening to the song, not sure
if they're 100 % but it sounds pretty decent when I play it. Note that the A# and
the Gm in the chorus should be played barring the 6th and 10th frets respectively
for a better sound. The strumming pattern's easy enough to work out for yourself.
Enjoy :)

Intro: D# Cm A# Gm

D# Cm
Forget your problems lay it down they start up
A# Gm
The innocence of what you want is what I want
D# Cm
I've ran my colours dripped down and drained away
A# Gm
Tried a million things but my heart's been shot
D# Cm
Well I hope you try and find me I'm all spun and pacing
A# Gm
I know what you want to say so I'll say it
D# Cm Gm
Forget the words speaking just want to rearrange so I'll say it

D# A#
Oooh yeah
         Gm A#
I really miss you miss you I said
             Cm A#
Smile at the chance just to see you again
         Gm A#
I really miss you miss you I said

Chord pattern in the second verse is the same as the first:

Been stroking this like the rrong things that I figured out
I never knew that I could go as far as this
I took a problem Easily forgotten
Don't know who I'd been before I slipped
Oh, I wanna change it I will live a life
That makes you smile when I'm done here and long gone
Feverish and peaking, just wanna see your face
Oh, what you say, what you say

Chorus 2:

D# A#
Oooh yeah
         Gm A#
I really miss you miss you I said
             Cm A#
Smile at the chance just to see you again
         Gm A#
I really miss you miss you I said
                Cm A#
Just look at me now before I walk away
               Gm A#
You might just miss me miss me one day
Yeah yeah yeah

please name the chords according to the key. Eb major and C minor share the same set of notes and therefore chords. Eb F G Ab Bb C D Eb. Harmonized, these roots form: Eb Fm Gm Ab Bb Cm and Ddim. Your D# should be Eb and A# should be Bb. Kudos for working out the pitches and the qualities of the chords, but the people who depend on these transcriptions need accurate naming in order to be able to start to SEE and therefore HEAR the patterns of the intervals in any major or minor key in order to develop the skills to learn on their own.
