This is a acoustic version, Tabbed from:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=maZuT3uR-gM
but all live acoustic versions seem very similiar

The Chords
e|---0----3---2---0------------------------|
b|---0----3---3---2------------------------|
g|---0----0---2---2------------------------|
D|---2----0---0---2------------------------|
A|---2----2-------0------------------------|
E|---0----3--------------------------------|

Strumming pattern isnt too hard to pick up, there is a slow strum of the individual chords too.

There is a few small fills,

#1
e|----------------------------------|
b|----------------------------------|
g|----------------------------------|
D|-----------------1-1-1------------|
A|---------------3-------3-1-1-1-3--|
E|-1-1-1-3-4-4-4--------------------|

#2
e|-----------------------------------------------|
b|-----------------------------------------------|
g|------------------------------4----------------|
D|----------------------3---5----5-3-3h5p3-------|
A|-3-3-3-6-6-6-6---------------------------------|
E|-----------------------------------------------|

In part #1 somtimes it doesnt really fit so i play this, sounds pretty nice

#3
e|--------------------------------------------------|
b|--------------------------------------------------|
g|--------------------------------------------------|
D|--------------------------------------------------|
A|------------------------------5--5-5--------------|
E|-0---0--0--0-2-3--3--3--3-5/7--------7-5--5-5-3-5-|

BASS TAB
G |-----------------------------------------------|

Riffs one and two are wrong because they are out of key, that's why they don't sound write with everything.

These ideas in this are generally right though, just keep in mind the original song is in F minor and this version as far as i can tell is raised a half step.

my bad I think it's raised to b minor in the live version that will make more sence. So if you know the album version it's the same rivers just capo

#3 is right cept every other time he plays it he adds a hammer on after the last 5 on the A string. It looks like 5--5-5h7h5
