Beautiful song. Couldn't find it online so had a crack at it myself.
Hope this helps!

[Intro]
B F# C# F#

[Verse]
   B F#
I set my sails
        B F#
And betrothed, the wind will guide me
         B F#
To draw upon the North East shore
                   C#
Of the emerald island
   B F#
County Down
        B F#
Where Bangor town
     B F#
Is now and forever calling
      B F#
And recalls me by the shore
             C#
At peace, in Silence

[Chorus]
B C# F#
I sit down by the water and I
C#
Glory at my host
        D#m C# B
Let the rivers roll over like lovers
                 C# F#
Oh brothers and sisters and I
B
Good lord you know we need it most
    C# F# B
Our minds are tethered but our hearts are wild
           F# C#
In Bangor town
    F# B F#
County Down

C# B F#

[Verse]
     B F#
Let joys abound
          B F#
Back in Fealty’s bar on High Street
             B F# C#
Where we’ll raise a glass to all a fair tomorrow
B F#
We’ll be found
 B F#
Amidst the sound
        B F#
Of our laughter ever roaring
        B F#
As we drink our fill where once
                C#
We drowned our sorrows

[Chorus]
B C# F#
I sit down by the water and I

Writing signs outside the Helmsman
  B F# C#
Beware you passers by what lays inside there
       B F#
Oh he testified
    B F#
And Julie cried
    B F#
Reminiscing on her story
   B F# C#
Surrounded once by glory now by violence

B C# F#
I sit down by the water and I

Cool thanks.. I find it easier to put a capo on the 1st fret and change B to B flat and play the sharp chords as normal chords. If that makes sense. So: Bb, C, F, Dm :D
