Amazing new Frank Ocean song!
Still not 100% sure on all the chords, he changes between the Dm and Bmaj7/F a lot and they're quiet similar!

NO CAPO

Chords:
At the verse, the bass note on the Cmaj7 changes for C to G but the rest of the chord stays the same.
Not sure what to call it so will call it Cmaj7/G for now!
Be careful though because this changes back and forth throughout the verse

     Cmaj7 Dm Am Cmaj7/G Bbmaj7/F
e|-----(0)-----(5)----5-------(0)---------(0)-------------------------------------|
B|------5-------6-----5--------5-----------3--------------------------------------|
G|------4-------7-----5--------4-----------2--------------------------------------|
D|------5-------7-----7--------5-----------3--------------------------------------|
A|------3-------5-----7--------X-----------X--------------------------------------|
E|------X-------5-----5--------3-----------1--------------------------------------|

Lyrics:

[Chorus]

Cmaj7 Dm Am Dm
I thought that I was dreaming when you said you love me
              Cmaj7
The start of nothing
                   Dm
I had no chance to prepare
                   Am Dm
I couldn't see you coming
              Cmaj7
The start of nothing new
         Dm
I could hate you now
Cmaj7 Dm
It's quite alright to hate me now
Cmaj7 Dm
When we both know that deep down
                  Am Dm
The feeling still deep down is good

[Verse 1]

Cmaj7/G Bbmaj7/F
If I could see the walls, I could see you faking
Cmaj7/G Bbmaj7/F
If you could see my thoughts you would see your face is
Cmaj7/G Bbmaj7/F
Safe in my rental like an army truck back then
                 Cmaj7
We didn't give a fuck back then
           Dm
I ain't a kid no more
Cmaj7 Dm
We'll never be those kids again
              Cmaj7 Dm
We drived to Syd's, had the X6 back then
        Cmaj7/G Bbmaj7/F
Back then
                  Cmaj7/G
No matter what I did
                  Bbmaj7/F
My waves wouldn't dip back then
Cmaj7/G Bbmaj7/F
Everything sucked back then
          Cmaj7/G
We were friends

[Chorus]

Cmaj7 Dm Am Dm
I thought that I was dreaming when you said you love me
              Cmaj7
The start of nothing
                   Dm
I had no chance to prepare
                   Am Dm
I couldn't see you coming
              Cmaj7
The start of nothing new
         Dm
I could hate you now
Cmaj7 Dm
It's quite alright to hate me now
Cmaj7 Dm
When we both know that deep down
                  Am Dm
The feeling still deep down is good

[Verse 2]
Cmaj7/G Bbmaj7/F
In the halls of your hotel
Cmaj7/G Bbmaj7/F
Arm around my shoulder so I could tell
Cmaj7/G Bbmaj7/F
How much I meant to you...meant it sincere back then
Cmaj7 Dm
We had time to kill back then
Cmaj7 Dm
You ain't a kid no more
Cmaj7 Dm
We'll never be those kids again
Cmaj7 Dm
It's not the same, ivory's illegal
Am Dm
Don't you remember?
Cmaj7/G
I broke your heart last week
      Bbmaj7/F Cmaj7/G
You'll probably feel better by the weekend
      Bbmaj7/F
Still remember, had you going crazy
Cmaj7/G
Scream my name
Bbmaj7/F Cmaj7/G
The feeling deep down is good
Bbmaj7/F

[Chorus]

[Outro]
Cmaj7/G Bbmaj7/F
All the things I didn't mean to say
Cmaj7/G Bbmaj7/F
I didn't mean to do
Cmaj7/G Bbmaj7/F
There were things you didn't need to say
Cmaj7/G Bbmaj7/F
Didn't need to...need to
Cmaj7/G Bbmaj7/F
I could dream all night
Cmaj7/G Bbmaj7/F
Dream all night
Cmaj7/G Bbmaj7/F
I could drive all night
Cmaj7/G Bbmaj7/F
Drive all night
Cmaj7/G Bbmaj7/F
Dreaming, dreamin'

I'd call Cmaj7/G and Bbmaj7/F ---> G13 and F13!
