near the end after he sings the phrase 'please be true', the phrase 'in other words'
is sung twice -the first time with the chords Dm7 and G7, but the second time it modulates up one half step to Ebm7 and Ab7--and then returns back to the key of C at 'I love you' at the end.
Eight versions of this song on UG--and they ALL missed this little twist.

none of them are even close. you're right about it not addressing the ending.

I don't think any of these tabs mentions that the repeated verse after the instrumental ends differently with "in other words" repeated.

I'm rusty in chord numbering but I think you are saying it goes from key of C to Db and Ebm7 would be the II chord in Db.

None of the tabs are even close. Granted it's a hard song for people not at a jazz level. But holy christ, the arraignment is one of the greatest big band arraignments ever. Where it starts "fill my heart" the accents on the upbeats are swung as far toward the downbeat as any song i've ever hear. that with the saxes doing da da da do dot with the dot landing on that swung up beat just slays me. Actually if I'm talking to so someone who doesn't understand what swing tempo is this is the song I use as example. The whole song swings so hard.
