I saw another tab that did't sound like the intro so this is what i came up with.

--------------------------------------10-10-x-x-----------|
---6-6-x-x----8-8-x-x----10-10-x-x----10-10-x-x-----------|
---7-7-x-x----9-9-x-x----10-10-x-x------------------------|
----------------------------------------------------------|

--------------------------------------12-12-x-x-----------|
---8-8-x-x----10-10-x-x---11-11-x-x---11-11-x-x-----------|
---7-7-x-x----10-10-x-x---12-12-x-x-----------------------|

Sounds good. I think the mutes u have is u just wanting to get into the percussion of the drums. and the notes on the upper 2 (B E) strings sound a little too bright. i tried moving them to G B, where the rest of the notes are and sounds a bit better. Its better than the Album tab on here, which doesnt sound right at all after the 1st note.

^ There are definitely muted strokes inbetween the notes; they're also in the chorus and the bridge. Pretty much everywhere, nearly, on one guitar or the other. And I use an 8 note and a 10 note on the B string for the end of each measure insead of a 10 and 12, which sounds better and correct to me, so it looks like:
E|-----10-10-x-x-|-----12-12-x-x-|
B|------8--8-x-x-|-----10-10-x-x-|
G|---------------|---------------|
D|[...]----------|[...]----------|
A|---------------|---------------|
E|---------------|---------------|
