OK, here is an approximation good for fingerpicking while singing.

It is in the key of C, for easy transposition with capo.

this tab is the same key and chords for the Perry Como version.

the 2nd "verse", which consists of the words added at the Council of Trent (1545-63), traditionally attributed to St Peter Canisius.

Ave Maria
Mater Dei
Ora pro nobis peccatoribus
Ora, ora pro nobis
Ora, ora pro nobis peccatoribus
Nunc et in hora mortis
Et in hora mortis nostrae
Et in hora mortis, mortis nostrae
Et in hora mortis nostrae
Ave Maria
