Song:We Never Dream (Acoustic)
Artist: From Indian Lakes

Based off of this video
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j7_9x_5WI20

This is just Joey, the singer's guitar part on rhythm
He strums with fingers not a pick but is very good at it.
If you can't strum firmly with fingers a picks sounds fine

I think the riff into the chorus is played more like this. There is definitely 2 slides in the riff. You can see him do it. I might be off but i think it's closer than yours. Thanks for the tab though :)

to add to @brycehazen's comment, it would be much easier and more fluid to play the last three notes as follows:

e|-------------------------------------------|
B|-------------------------------------------|
G|-------------------10----------------------|
D|------4------8/11------11------------------|
A|--4h6---6/9----------------13--------------|
E|-------------------------------------------|
