good effort, you did this by ear right?
it's played tuned down one semitone on each string, so:

D# |--
A# |--
F# |--
C# |--
G# |--
D# |--

this is only so that the guitarist can also play the bah, bah, black sheep/twinkle twinkle little star' piano section whilst playing the open C# on the 3rd string :)
