It's not a B but a Bb

yep definitely Bb - your barre chord is correct at the top though.
also, the chorus is C Bb F F x2 to make it clearer.

As you can see here: http://www.rds.it/george-ezra-ospite-di-rds/ George uses a capo at 2nd fret and plays it in E. Simpler!
