This is the closest to the actual arrangemt that I see up here, good job. you may want to look at a run of C6, D6, Em6 if you want to get that Ella Blues feeling.
Panama....Dm(Maj7) is most definately a chord and integral to the run here. In fact, there is a chord missing.
I play Dm----Dm(Maj7)----Dm----D6..
This gives you a root, 7, b7, 6 run which sounds great here.
