This is how i play this song. Think it sounds spot on if you get the hammer ons added
in. Sounds good without also. Simple uD,uD country strum.

It's four in the morning

Must have shut'em all down

By the shape that I'm in

[Verse 2]
(No Chords) 0,2,4
These will old bones they move slow
       A E
But so sure of their footsteps
                                         B7
As I trip on the floor and lightly touch down
          E A E
Lord it's been ten bottles since I tried to forget her
                             B7 E [Riff]
But the memory still lingers lying here on the ground

[Chorus]
        0 2 4 A E
And if drinking don't kill me
           B7
Her memory will
        0 2 4 A E
I can't hold out much lon..ger
               B7
The way that I feel
         0 2 4 A E
With the blood from my bo..dy
                     A [Riff 2]
I could start my own still
       0 2 4 A E
And if drinking don't kill me
      B7 E
Her mem ory will

I believe the B7 is played as a bar chord 224242. The 021200 sounds sharp, to me anyway lol... Also, (and this one is purely personal preference because I perform without a band) to supplement the 0,2,4 walk-ups I would add the E chord to it (022100,222100,then just the 4th fret of low E on the last one. Sounds fuller and gives you a little room for error vocally. Let me know what you think or if I'm just crazy, and cheers for tabbing this! Great song.
