 Some awkward chord changes, and not sure they are all exact, but is 
 a reasonable start I think.
 The Bb to C change is pretty quick, as always playing along
 with the song helps. I kind of half pick/strum

The bridge chords are:
Gm7 C Gm7 C F then Fm C Dm Bb C

Oh and Capo on 3rd Fret to make it in Cm as per the original record.
