I think the Bm in the chorus should be a B7. Great job though!

Chorus should be:
Gm Cm Dm Dm7 Gm
If you / Want me / Satisfy / Me
Gm Cm Dm Dm7 Gm
If you / Want me / Satisfy / Me

And transpose 3 steps down and use capo on 2nd fret (alternatively transpose 1 step down) and it's correct.
