A+ and B+ are just barre chords. A good idea in this case would be to refer to power chords (such as your G and D) as G5 and D5. The five afterwards implies the power chord, made up of an octave and a fifth nestled in there. Then, just A and B could refer to the major barre chords.

Or, if you'd prefer, refer to the barre chords as Amaj and Bmaj, and then show on your chord chart that they are in fact barre chords in the song.
