hey...ur chords are rite...its just that the tuning isnt ur standard tuning...u got to bring it down one semi-tone as in

E -> Eb
A -> Ab
D -> Db
G -> Gb
B -> Bb
E -> Eb

your making up chord names.. like the C/E which is 332010 is just a C chord.. the 3rd you add on the low E string is a G note which just completes the low and high octave for the G note [3rd on low E.. and open on G string].. and what I don't understand is you do this the first verse.. but then you don't do it the rest of the song..
