why would you put the tuning as a whole step down and then have a capo on 1? wouldnt it just be easier to only tune your guitar down half a step?

lol im so confused thats not dropped d the bottom string should still be an e. only teh top e E should be tuned down 2 steps so basicaly wtf how is this suposed to be tuned u want me to tune whole guitar donw a step then put a capo on first wich is just the most retarded thing ive ever heard as the other guys have pointed out or bring the high e down to d aswel and if so thats not drop d and will most likey sound stupid im soo frustrated lol
