Summertime Dream - 1976 Gordon Lightfoot
            C F
Where the road run down by the butternut grove
    C F
To old Bill Skinners stream
    C F
Do tell at the noon day bell
      G C
It’s time for a summertime dream

       C F
In a lunch pail town in a one horse way
     C F
You can live like a king and queen
    C F
Lets steal away in the noon day sun
      G C
It’s time for a summertime dream

Am C
Birds in all creation will be twitterin in the trees

    Am
And down below a pond I know
    F G
You can swim in it if you please

       C G
And if you come round when the mill shuts down
     C F
You can see what chivalry means
     C G
Let’s steal away in the noon day sun
      G C
It’s time for a summertime dream

play: C G C F C F G C

Am C
On a trip on down to wonderland In love among the flowers
    Am
Where time gets lost with no straw boss
   F G
Tallying it up for hours
           C F
Where the road run down by the butternut grove
       C F
To old Bill Skinners stream
      C F

Lack of accuracy. Second chord of the verses is a G, not an F and is placed late, should be placed above the first syllable of butternut for example.
