I got a different intro. I might be completely wrong, but it seemed to moderately work. Sorry for it being bad.

It's all good except I think the last chord in the two lines "...he's come to take his children home" is D not G just the same as you've written for thew line "..here beside the rising tide". The three lines sound the same to me. Am I missing something?
