Well, I usually like to make my tabs on Guitar Pro, 
and I would especially like to make this beautiful tune on it, but 
I'm no Guitar Pro ace and I'm having trouble with 
tabbing it with the correct rhythm. I'll keep trying it, and 
as soon as I make it, I'll be sending the Guitar Pro tab 
for this song here, too. For now, I'm gonna 
send this text version of it, since there's no tabs 
for this song on this website. Hope you find it useful!

Not sure about the accuracy, but thanks for the tips along the way. Most posts only involve complicated tabs that only the poster would be able to understand. Helped me alot!

I don't know why you would want to tune down. This song can be played in regular tuning. And since you mentioned you couldn't work out the rhythm, could it be that you missed the fact that it is three-four time (3/4)?
My chords in regular tuning and in three-four time are:
