This isn't as accurate as it could be. When I wrote this tab, the only recording
of the song was a live video with poor audio quality. I'm pretty sure the version
that's on Uno is in a different key or something, but I haven't gotten around to changing it.

D G A D
D A G D

A D
Breaking in a sweat
A D
Like a bomb threat
A D B A
Use your silhouette, faded out

A D
Nothing left to lose
A D
Detonate the fuse
A D B A
Another break and you fall out

A D
Getting off a binge
A D
Get a second wind
A D B A
Another promise, just make a change

A D
Got a broken wing
A D
Hear the angels sing
A D B A
With a signal that's out of range
B A B A
make a change, make a change

D G A D
Carpe diem, a battle cry
D A G D
aren't we all too young to die
D G A D
Ask for reason, and no reply
D A A D
aren't we all too young to die

G D
Making a living
G D
Making a killing
G D
What's worth forgiving
A
A life

A D
And the other night
A D
Barely scraping by
A D B A
Dominated by passers-by

(same chords as above)
Feeling out of luck
When the traffic's stuck
And you're feeling so left behind

(same chords)
Getting off a binge
Get a second wind
Another promise, just make a change

(same chords)
Got a broken wing
Hear the angels sing
With a signal that's out of range

B A B A
any change any change

D G A D
Carpe diem, a battle cry
D A G D
aren't we all too young to die
D G A D
Ask for reason, and no reply
D A G D
aren't we all too young to die

G D
Making a living
G D

It's not in a different key, but it should be tuned down to Eb. Your chords are right, but just say above the tab to tune down to Eb.
