Head out to the old Bart Rose and dance away our blues
G Em C G
Spent all week waiting and my mind’s on you
G D Cadd9 C G
Hold my lovin’ arms… my lovin’ arms are for you yeah-e-ah

G Em C G
I’m so tired of the 9 to 5 weighing down on my soul
G Em C G
Let’s get out all of this uptown life and head out on a country road

Forget about all the things that we can’t make right
G Em C G
Put on a little Emmy Lou… and we’ll dance into the night

Chorus:
         G D Cadd9 C G
Singin’ hold my lovin’ arms… my lovin’ arms are for you
            G D Cadd9 C G
Yeah said hold my lovin’ arms… my lovin’ arms are for you… come-on
G Em C G G Em C G
All we need is time no, no all we need is time
G Em C G F C
         Don’t run from the light

G Em C G
Sit on the front porch, kick off your shoes
G Em C G
We don’t need nowhere to go, we don’t need a tune
G Em C G
In a world… that gets lost in makin’ plans
G Em C G
Just be my woman, yeah and I will be your man
G Em C G G Em C G
All we need is time yeah, yeah all we need is time

Chorus:
G D Cadd9 C G
hold my lovin’ arms… my lovin’ arms are for you
           G D Cadd9 C G
Yeah said hold my lovin’ arms… my lovin’ arms are for you
         G D Cadd9 C G
Singin’ hold my lovin’ arms… my lovin’ arms are for you
           G D Cadd9 C G

G Em C G
Put on your old black dress, and grab your dancin’ shoes

Good Tab. I think the C's in the verse should be Cadd9 and Em's should be Em7. I also don't hear the D at all in the chorus part.

Does anyone know the riff that is played in the intro, I love it.

I agree with the first comment ... great tab work. I also agree with the Cadd9 and Em7, but I also can hear the D in the chorus. At least it fits when I play it. And great job on tabbing the intro!! (I'm getting here late to this conversation!! Ha!!)
