[Verse]
N.C.
There's a lot of nothing in the words I know
N.C.
But I keep on talking 'cause it feels like home
N.C.
Feels alright to be growing old
N.C.
But growing old is just letting go

                                  C
And it's just the reason I needed to leave this place
                            Am7
I took the whole morning to run away
                        C
I had a different image on my mind
                        Am7 Bm7
It's just it changes always, all the time
N.C.
And it comes as no surprise it's like

[Chorus]
I just don't know what you're doing wrong yeah, wrong
Man you've got a lot of nerve
>

E|--------------------------|-------------------------|

N.C.
How come all my vices always breed relief
N.C.
When a sip of gin saves an hour of speech?
N.C.
And yeh it's fickle and it feels so cheap
N.C.
But I can rest and I can feel at ease

                                                 C
It's my friends don't know the half they're just listening
                         Am7
I'm at a loss 'cause I'm living it
                           C
That's not to say that I'm giving in
                                Am7 Bm7
It's just that this is how it's always been
N.C.
And it comes as no surprise it's like

[Chorus] 2x
I just don't know what you're doing wrong yeah, wrong
Man you've got a lot of nerve

        And I-I-I-I would
C Am Em G
I keep trying but I always get let down

        Some---how
                                     C

The tabs are played by the first guitar,
the chords played by the second.

The chorus is played by both guitars.
The tabs are the same, even though the second guitar is 'tuned' a half step higher
(look at the tones you play together and you'll get the idea why it works).

In chorus 2 the first guitar plays the tabs of the chorus and the second one chords as noted.

---> IF YOU PLAY ALONE, I recommend to play chords while the
verses (don't forget the capo 1st fret)and the chorus as the
     following:

e|--11--13-----------------|-------------------------|
B|--11--13--13--\13--\11---|-9--11--13---------------|
G|----------13-------------|10--12--13---------------|
D|-------------------------|-------------------------|
A|-------------------------|-------------------------|
E|-------------------------|-------------------------|

e|--11--13-----------------|-------------------------|
B|--11--13--13--\13--\11---|-9--11--13------11-------|
G|----------13-------------|10--12--13------12-------|
D|-------------------------|-------------------------|
A|-------------------------|-------------------------|
E|-------------------------|-------------------------|

In my opinion this simply sounds cleaner and is not that much of a hussle to play.
It is also easier to play a variation you can hear at the end of the chorus, which goes something like this

e|-------------------------| and is played quite fast.
B|----------------------9--|
G|-------------------10----|
D|--11-10--8----8----------|
A|-----------11---11-------|
E|-------------------------|
