                             SWEATER SONG - Hedley
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tabbed by: Steve Cruickshank
Email: stevecruickshank@gmail.com

Tuning: Down half a step

As with most finger-style songs, you can use this fingering for your picking/strumming hand:

eb - ring finger
Bb - middle finger
Gb - index finger
Db - thumb
Ab - thumb
Eb - thumb

Your pinky can be used to brace your hand against the body of the guitar.

This is the main pattern used throughout the song:

eb|--------------------------------------|----|------------------------------|
Bb|--------0--------0--------0--------0--|----|--------0--------0------------|
Gb|-----1--------1--------2--------2-----|(x3)|-----2--------2---------------|
Db|-----------------------------2--------|----|-----------2------------------|
Ab|-----------2--------0-----------------|----|--0---------------------------|
Eb|--0-----------------------------------|----|--------------------0---------|
     E Asus2 Asus2 E

This is a variation that is sometimes played:
(the only difference being the high-e string is plucked during the Asus2)

eb|--------------------------------------|----|------------------------------|
Bb|--------0--------0--------0--------0--|----|--------0--------0------------|
Gb|-----1--------1--------2--------2-----|(x3)|-----2--------2---------------|
Db|-----------------------------2--------|----|-----------2------------------|
Ab|-----------2--------0-----------------|----|--0---------------------------|
Eb|--0-----------------------------------|----|--------------------0---------|
     E Asus2 Asus2 E

Lead riff/melody:

eb|-------------------------------|------------------------------------------|
Bb|-------------------------------|------------------------------------------|
Gb|-------------------------------|------------------------------------------|
Db|--2-----4-----6-------7--6--4--|--2---------------------------------------|
Ab|-------------------------------|--------4-----4\2-------------------------|
Eb|-------------------------------|------------------------------------------|
     E Asus2 E Asus2 E Asus2 Asus2 E

Chords:
E 022100
Asus2 x02200

you know there's npthing different about the second "sometimes played different" part of the tab. No high-e string being in it? but your tab helped me alot, ty!
