Good job!

One correction: all of the C9 chords in this song are actually Cadd9 chords. The difference is that Cadd9 is made up of C-E-G-D and is played x32033. C9 is made up of C-E-G-Bb-D and is usually played x32333. It's got that dominant 7th (Bb) that sounds great in jazz, but not so much in worship music in the key of G :-)
