This is pretty close but some of the chords in the chorus are wrong.
It should be

Chorus

Savior
D
he can move the mountains
C G
my god is mighty to save
Em D
he is mighty to save

The chords then repeat for the 2nd half of the verse

For the "C D C D" bit at the end of the verse, If you want it to sound more like hillsong then i would suggest playing these versoins of the chords in this order

C D C* D*
0 2 3 5
1 3 1 3
0 2 0 0
2 0 2 4
3 X 3 5

Hope this is helpful
