Hey, great job! I was just looking for the basic gist of the song and this tab is right on. The bridge part, "when the sun goes down.." doesn't song quite right on my acoustic (barred C, D, A) sound a little better. But the verse and chorus chords are good. The Em/D chord is the one I couldn't figure out and that put it all together for me -thanks.

These are probably played a little fancier, but keeping it simple these chords get through the bridge section much easier/better (to me any ways):
|G...D..|A......|
1 2 3 4 1 2 3 4

(dots are just to hold position and not for timing)
when the...
|G.......D....................|A.....................|
sun goes down, I walk into the wa-a-aves
when the...
|G.......D.......................|A.....................|
sun goes down, I watch you slip a-way-ya

and I..
|G.......D....................|A.....................|
knew.....love would tear you a-part
and I...
|G.......D.....................|A...............(E)..|
knew the darkest secret of your heart (last time)

I also think the Em/D chord from the verse sounds nice inplace of the D above. Or try a D/F# (200323 - using thumb on 2nd fret). It somewhere in the D range, so play with that first to get the rythm down and then tinker. I'm going with the D/F#. But I'm usually better at follow chords, not suggesting them. Comments?
