Giving Up

Hey guys, my sister likes this song and I'm looking for easy songs to play, so
I ear-transcribed this and it's pretty nice and easy! (Still can't play the
chords fast enough myself, but oh well...) I noticed that there are some other
chords for this song out there but I think this version sounds a bit more like
the recorded version because it uses a capo, though it's probably still not
perfect.

UPDATED: One commenter asked for the chords for the last chorus, so here's my
best guess!

IMPORTANT: Use a capo!

Can you write out the chords for the last chorus, it's a bit different and I can't quite get it?! Thanks, this is definitely the best one!
