Capo
kjax 35
4th fret
I don't think this is entirely accurate (especially around the bridge) but it's
what I have at the moment.

Capo 4

    D C G Em
e---3---3---3---0--|
B---2---1---3---0--|
G---3---0---4---0--|
D---0---2---5---2--|
A---x---3---5---2--|
E---x---x---3---0--|

D C G x2

D C G
You call me a mountain
    D C G
And I call you the sea
D C Em
I’ll stand tall and certain
    C D G
And watch you swallow me

C D Em C D
You can move me if you want to
Em C D Em C D
You can move a mountain you can move a mountain
C D Em C D
You can move me if you want to
Em C D Em C D
You can move everything, you can move everything

C D G x2

D C G
I will grow my own trees
      D C G
While you follow the moon
D C Em
I feel you in my knees
C D G
Say you’ll come in soon

C D Em C D
You can move me if you want to
Em C D Em C D
You can move a mountain you can move a mountain
C D Em C D
You can move me if you want to
Em C D Em C D
You can move everything, you can move everything

C D Em D
Then one day you’ll go away but I will too
C D Em
But until then, oh my darling friend, well I will hold
           C Em
Yes I will hold, Yes I will hold
           C D
Yes I will hold on to you

C D Em C D
You can move me if you want to
Em C D Em C D
You can move a mountain you can move a mountain
C D Em C D
You can move me if you want to
Em C D Em C D
You can move everything, you can move everything

You have the right idea down, but the progression consists of different variations of these chords.
Dsus4 Cadd9 G Em7
are the chords you really want to use, Dsus4 is very similar to a D as is Cadd9 with a C. I suggest any new players try these chord substitutions because they're great chords and really create a different sound when played (especially as open chords).
