The chords are actually C-C/B-Am-Am/E-F-G. The Am/E is just an Am played with an E bass note plucked separately from the chord, whereas the C/B is just moving from the 3rd fret on the A string to the second and not including the E played on the 2nd fret on the D string. Listen to the song to get it.
