Iron and Wine
Half Moon
DAGDAD
Capo second fret

There are really just three chords throughout the whole song
With some added hammer-ons and slides.

D--------0------0---|
A--------0------0---|
G--------0------0---|
D-4------5------2---|
A-5------x------x---|
D-0------5------2---|
  * Throughout the song he slides from two to four

If you listen to the Album version it's hard to get the feel.
He plays it acoustic here

This was the lazy way out. If you take the time to post something do it right.

I don't think it was the lazy way out, the tab's pretty close to right. You don't need to tab the whole thing out, the basis to it is there.
I would slightly change the second chord (A) to: fifth fret on both the E and A string; and the third chord (F#) to: second fret on both the E and A string.

And as a sidenote, I was listening to the acoustic version to compare it: from NPR's tiny desk series http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6nT911jkWEo

@jk029s, this song's easy to play, these are just the chords, wasn't gonna waste my time tabbing every note when you could easily figure the little shit out yourself. And you're takin the easy way out by going onto a tabsite, rather than tabbing it by ear.

@kman, ya after I posted this tab I started to play it the way you recommended. I just posted this to give people the general idea of the tuning and chords, give them a base to start at and translate it their own way.

I want to post or [tab]
