"House by the Sea" by Iron & Wine
    Tabbed by Lance Lockwood

Capo 1st Fret - Making a D chord is a good start off point.

e------------S-3p0|---------2p0--|-----------S-3-5-3-0----2p0-|
b-3-0-3-3/-5-L----|-5-3-0-3----3-|-3-0-3-3/5-L-5-5-5-5-3-3---3|
g-2-2-2-0----A----|-0-2-2-2------|-2-2-2-0---A---------2------|
d------------P----|--------------|-----------P----------------|
a------------!----|--------------|-----------!----------------|
E------------!----|--------------|-----------!----------------|

This is the framework for the song.
Add a little double picking and you've got it!
Repeat Everything Over and Over.

Very good start! Surely he must be plucking some bass notes in there? I mean, it is Sam Beam. One little change though, on the G string:

e------------S-3p0|---------2p0--|-----------S-3-5-3-0----2p0-|
b-3-0-3-3/-5-L----|-5-3-0-3----3-|-3-0-3-3/5-L-5-5-5-5-3-3---3|
g-2-2-2-0----A----|-4-2-2-2------|-2-2-2-0---A---------2------|
d------------P----|--------------|-----------P----------------|
a------------!----|--------------|-----------!----------------|
E------------!----|--------------|-----------!----------------|

It's a good tab, but it's missing the little solo bit and the bass notes Sam alternates picking. If you're interested, I posted my version of your tab that I made below:
