Notes:

G#/C can be played as x-3-1-1-1-x

In the bridge I like to only play two strings instead of the first 3 chords, the sequence would be
4-6-x-x-x-x, 3-6-x-x-x-x, x-4-6-x-x-x, and then E and B normally

I'm not 100% sure of the chords in the outro, but that's what
