                             NEVER FADE - Jack Johnson
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tabbed by: Ramsay Andersen
E-mail: misc.2320@gmail.com

This is my first tab ever, so I hope you like it! From what I can here, it's pretty accurate...but it's
definitely not exactly like the song. Let me know in the feedback or by email what to fix and whatnot.

Here's the tuning for the song from top to bottom, highest string to lowest string.

Tuning:
e -> Down to D#
B -> Stays the same
G -> Up to F#
D -> Up to D#
A -> Up to B (an octave lower than the top string)
E -> All the way down to B

Each section of the song (Intro, Verse, etc.) is labeled here, along with how many times you play the section
to complete it. The verses are all played the same. Here's the order of the song along with how many times
you play each section:

Intro: 2x
Chorus: 4x
1st Verse: 2x
Chorus: 4x
2nd Verse: 2x
Chorus: 4x
3rd Verse: 2x
Bridge: 4x
Chorus/Bridge: 4x (This finishes the song)

SOME TIPS: With your right hand, use your thumb to pick the top 3 strings and your index finger to both pick
the 3rd string from the bottom (F# string) and to strum the other bottom strings. The [v,^] indicates when
to strum down [v] and up [^]. Obviously, the [/] means to slide to the next fret. On those [443443] chords,
I find it easiest to bar the lower frets and use my thumb to cover the top strings. The same goes with the
[332332] and the [221221] chords in the verses and the bridge.

Intro/Chorus section:
            v ^            v ^              v ^            v  ^  (do this for the rest of the song)

As for the lyrics, you can Google them once you have the pattern down.

Enjoy!

The tuning is far off and caused me to pop a string. It needs to be fixed and then resubmitted.
