A really nice song. My favourite version of this song is the acoustic one from a live concert.

Just one small correction: At the beginning of the second verse, it's Winslow Arizona (not Winston). I was in Winslow in 2010 and can say that it's not a fine sight to see. Actually it's a place in the middle of nowhere. So this line is really to be taken ironically.
