[Verse]

C
I've been thinking about
                  Em
The way the world turns
              Am
And my stomach churns
                C
When it finally hits me out of the sky
                  Em
I knew this day would come
                  Am
I'm on the front line

G Am

[Bridge]

      Am G
Oh I don't know how to take it in
               Am
Is love just suffering?
                               G
Cos I can see where the chapter ends

[Chorus]

         F
I've got autumn leaves
         F C
And heartbreak dreams inside
    F
Cos you and me,
        F C C C/B Am Am/G D/F#

On this frozen sea we slide, slide

[Verse]

C
I wait all on my own
                     Em
Like a flower in the snow
                Am C
With just my shadow following me
                     Em
Out into the cold, as I walk past the trees
               Am
To look for my love

G Am

[Bridge]

    Am G
And its got me wondering
               Am
Is love just suffering?
                               G
Cos I can see where the chapter ends

[Chorus]

         F
I've got autumn leaves
         F C
Cnd heartbreak dreams inside
    F
Cos you and me,
        F C C C/B Am Am/G D/F#
On this frozen sea we slide, slide.

Good work on the bassline play-out at the end of the chorus. :)

Thanks,

There's a little hammer on in the intro

On the b string 0h3

Also in the chorus on the C I think he hammers on the d string 0h3

Good basics, but a few more details: In the Em he transition to the A with Esus4. The Am becomes Am7. The G is really G6, becoming G7 right on "I've got" and the F is really Fmaj7. These differences will help with the notes you sing and give it that more mellow, beautiful sound.
