This is a great song and these chords are easy and sound graeat on an Acoustic.

any chance of giving me a rough strumming pattern. im new to the guitar and the strumming is the hardest part. i would really like to play this

Listen to the song to get most of the strumming down, but other wise it is up to you how you play it.
