(VERSE 1)

G# Fm
Tick-tock, I'm watching the clock
Gm Bb7/6
I can't wait 'til we get to rock
G# Fm Gm
I wanna scream and dream and throw a love parade
             Bb7/6
Is that okay?

G# Fm
Tonight it's me and you alone
Gm Bb7/6
Won't make a call, won't even write a song
G# Fm Gm
See I've been waiting and waiting for the time to say
                    Bb7/6
Now listen baby

(PRE-CHORUS 1)
                       G# Fm
When you're down, and it's hard
                 Gm Bb7/6
And you feel like you've given your all
              G# Fm Gm Bb7/6
Baby I know we'll always keep it real and true

(CHORUS)
                                G# Fm
Cause baby it's a primetime for our love
Gm Bb7/6
Ain't nobody peekin' but the stars above
          G# Fm
It's a primetime for our love
Gm B7/6
And heaven is bettin' on us

(Verse 2 & Pre-Chorus 2 repeat the same chordal and rythmic pattern as Verse 1 and Pre-Chorus 1)

(VERSE 2)
Bang bang, I'm calling your name
You're like a fire the world can't tame
I wanna riot 'til the stars come out and play
Is that okay? (Okay)

Tonight it's me and you alone
Won't take a call, won't even write a song
This'll be a personal kind of day
Listen baby

(PRE-CHORUS 2)
When you're down, and it's hard
And you feel like you've given your all
Baby my love is always right here for you
Yeah

I would substitute a Eb for the C# in mickmaccs comment. Otherwise mickmacc has it right.

slap a Capo on 1st Fret
Progression then turns into easy first position and bar chords
G, Em, Bm7, D
you could then carry the Em up the fret board for variation and play the Bm7 in the same region to spice it up every now and then.
