Jason Mraz - Details in the Fabric

Tabbed By: D. Lee

I just got the album and I love this song.
I think it's relatively accurate.
I only tabbed it because I noticed no one else had yet.

CAPO 1 - Standard tuning

Chords used:

[D] [C] [F]
 0 0 0
 3 1 1
 2 0 2
 0 2 3
 0 3 0

Intro/Verse: (recording/calm down, deep breaths...)

D C D C
Calm down, deep breaths, and get yourself dressed instead
   D C
Of running around, and pulling all your threads sayin' breakin' yourself up.
If it's a broken part, replace it. If it's a broken arm, then brace it.
If it's a broken heart, then face it.

Chorus: (and hold your own, know your name...)

              F C D
And hold your own, know your name and go your own way
          F C D
Hold your own, know your name and go your own way
    C D C
And everything will be fine

Bridge: (are the details in the fabric...)

        F C
Are the details in the fabric, are the things that make you panic
Are your thoughts results of static cling.
        F C
Are the things that make you blow, hell, no reason, go on and scream
          D C F
If you're shocked it's just the fault of faulty manufacturing

I think the D chords could possibly be minors. It would certainly fit with the key, and sounds a bit better. Still not quit right.

Also, some of the C chords use fret 3 on the 1st string.

your 'D' is actually an Asus4. Just sayin.

You may want to rate the tab now too:
