I am pulling these chords from this version of the song:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VvGYYg40Ijw

Enjoy!

Verse 1:

D#m F#
I don't know where I'm at
                    A#m
I'm standing at the back
                 B
And I'm tired of waiting
D#m F# A#m B
Waiting here in line, hoping that I'll find what I've been chasing.

Chorus:
F# C#
I shot for the sky
                 D#m
I'm stuck on the ground
            B F#
So why do I try, I know I'm going to fall down
                  C# D#m
I thought I could fly, so why did I drown?
           B
Never know why it's coming down, down

D#m,
Down.

F#, A#m, B

Verse 2:

D#m F#
Not ready to let go
                     A#m
Cause then I'd never know
                B
That I could be missing
D#m F#
I'm missing way too much
                  A#m B
So when do I give up what I've been wishing for

Chorus:
F# C#
I shot for the sky
                 D#m
I'm stuck on the ground
            B F#
So why do I try, I know I'm going to fall down
                  C# D#m
I thought I could fly, so why did I drown?
           B
Never know why it's coming down, down

D#m,
Down.

Bridge:
   B F#
Oh I'm going down, down, down
      C# D#m
Can't find another way around
    B F# C# D#m
And I don't want to hear the sound, of losing of what I never found.

Chorus
F# C#
I shot for the sky
                 D#m
I'm stuck on the ground
            B F#
So why do I try, I know I'm going to fall down
                  C# D#m
I thought I could fly, so why did I drown?
           B
Never know why it's coming down, down

D#m,
Down.

Chorus
F# C#
I shot for the sky
                 D#m
I'm stuck on the ground
            B F#
So why do I try, I know I'm going to fall down
                  C# D#m
I thought I could fly, so why did I drown?
           B
Never know why it's coming down, down

D#m,
Down.

F#, A#m, B (end)

If you tune your guitar a half-step low and then transpose these chords a 1 half-step up. You'll be in the same key as Walker and have significantly easier chords to play.
