In the chorus, I would use F#m instead of C#m.

Great Tab! If you want to play it in the Key when Chris Quilala leads it, place a capo on the 1st fret and play in the key of C (so then it it will be C#).

So C - Am - F - G.

You can transpose the chords here down 3 half steps and capo on the first fret then to make it easy :)
