The ending 2 lines are actually this: D - D/C - D/G x4-----------D------D/C----D/G-------D---------D/C---- I had been dreamin', ... dreamin' again D/G--------D------D/C----D/G-------D---------D/C-----D/G-----D I had been dreamin', ... dreamin' again (this is in the original key of D, not C as the original tabber made it)
