I find this song is best played on an acoustic using hte regular chords and tuning (capo 2nd). Basically just replace A and Em with Asus4 and add some Asus2/D. Check the other versions of this song (under regular "Hear you me" instead of "Hear you me acoustic") for the exact tablature. Love to play/sing this song. very pretty.

This is a great method for playing this song acoustic with one guitar. Adding a 3 on the 2nd string for all of the chords listed makes it sound a little better. A capo on the second may be required to match the original, but it still sounds great without it if need be.

Thanks for this tab, it sounds great! Really simple to play, but challenging at the same time due to the change from A to G. Good for me to learn on, and easy to sing, too :)
