Apologies for the chord names, i'm pretty sure a few of them are wrongly named, but as
the chords themselves, they seem pretty accurate.

G (320033)
G/F (200033)
Em7 (022033)
Cadd/9 (032022)
Em (022000)
Dsus (000233)
C (032013)
C9 (054035)

Capo 5

Intro: G G/F Em7

(Note:G/F is played quickly as a transition between the two main chords)

Verse 1

G Em7
You and me, sweet sixteen, sitting on another priceless dream
Cadd/9 Dsus
Pipeline maybe, but it’s there so it’s fair, to try and
G Em7
Sing one more melody and pray another ‘please be me’
Cadd/9 Dsus
In the wake of all, that’s happening.

Pre-Chorus

C C9 C
So take, take all, of your dreams,
      C9 C C9
and make, them what you want them to be

Chorus

G Em7
Sleepwalk with me,
              Cadd9 Dsus
Close your eyes, take a ride, and have faith in what you can’t see,
G Em7
Sleepwalk with me,
       Cadd9 Dsus G
If we try we can find something real, out of make believe

There I was playing those open mics,
First man down every Monday night,
Singing under smoke filled lights,
Well I guess time will tell.
It’s hard to find the glamour here,
It could take weeks, it could take years.
At least I’ve got you by my side.

So take, take all, of your dreams,
and make, them what you want them to be.

Sleepwalk with me,
Close your eyes, take a ride, and have faith in what you can’t see,
Sleepwalk with me,
If we try we can find something real, out of make believe.

Guess I thought that you were mine,
But you took of and left me behind,
No long good byes, just a smile that fell.
And was lost along with those other guys,
Who got tangled in your lullabies,
But they don’t know your secret smile,
Give me a chance to…

So take, take all, of your dreams,
and make, them what you want them to be.

Sleepwalk with me,
Close your eyes, take a ride, and have faith in what you can’t see,
Sleepwalk with me,
If we try we can find something real, out of make believe.

I think the G/F is more accurately a G/F# (Gmaj7/F#).

2x0033

Other than that, sounds pretty good! Thanks!
