This is the short guitar solo with some sort of
modulation or something on it that gives it that
bouncy sorta sound.

Right after the organ part at 2:22

E-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
B-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
G------------------------------------7------------------------------------------------|
D-----------5------------5-------4-5--------------5-----------------------------------|
A-------2-3----------2-3---555-5--------------2-3---5-5-------------------------------|
E-333-3--------333-3--------------------333-3-----------------------------------------|

E-------------------------------------------|
B-------------------------------------------|
G-------------------------------------------|
D---------5------------5-------4-5-7-5-4-5--|
A-----2-3----------2-3---555-5--------------|
E-3-3--------333-3--------------------------|

If you're playing with someone else I think it
sounds better to play it starting an octave up
starting at the G on the 5th string (10th fret).

The organ part right before this is very similar
but simpler. When playing it on guitar I found
it didn't add anything so I left it out...

d0zerz- Great work! Your suggestion for the octave works great. I saw Joel play in Hali earlier this year, good show.
