Overall a good tab, however...

1)for the line "Your voice comes..." I would use this progression... (G - D - c#m - f#m)

2)for the next line "But I've tried..." i would use...(bm - A - E)

3)"Why you want to break..." use only (f#m - B)

4)First Line of ALL Chorus'...(E - c#m - f#m)

5)third line of ALL Chorus'...(D - f#m)

6)The Chorus after the solo, second line...(bm7 - A - E)

Sorry for so many corrections!

I don't know why you have listed it as A flat minor, it should be written as G Sharp Minor. Even though it is enharmonically the same sound/fret/etc, your home key is E major, thus it makes it confusing to write an A flat minor.
