John Mayer - Bold As Love
----------------------------

I’m sure the chords are right, but it was difficult to plot where there were chord
changes. Sorry if the changes are messed up.

Tuning: Half-step down

[Verse 1]

A E F#m D
Anger he smiles towering in shiny metallic purple armor
A E
Green Jealousy, envy waits behind him
F#m D
Her fiery green gown sneers at the grassy ground
D A* Bm
Blue are the life-giving waters taken for granted
               G
  They quietly understand
      D A Bm
The once happy turquoise armies lay opposite ready
                     G
But wonder why the fight is on

[Chorus]

A** E F#m G
But they're all bold as love
A** E D/F#
Yeah, they're all bold as love
A** E* F#m
  They're all bold as love
       D/F# A** Bm D* G
  Just ask the axis

[Verse 2]

     A E**
My red is so confident that he flashes
  F#m D
Trophies of war and ribbons of euphoria
A E
Orange is young, full of daring
F#m D
But very unsteady for the first go around
D** A
My yellow in this case is not so mellow
Bm G
In fact I'm trying to say it's frightened like me
D** A
And all these emotions of mine keep holding me from
Bm G
Giving my life to a rainbow like you

[Outro]

A** E* F#m G
But I'm bold, bold as love
A** E* D/F
Yeah I'm bold, I’m bold as love
A** E* F#m
I'm bold, I’m bold as love
       D/F# A**
  Just ask the axis
Bm D** G
Yeah he knows, he knows everything

(solo - see Bryson 11’s tab)

A** E* F#m G
  I'm bold, bold as love
A** E* D/F
Yeah I'm bold, I’m bold as love
A** E* F#m
I'm bold, I’m bold as love
D/F#
  Yeah

The last chorus doesn't sound right, it sounds like there's a key change in the actual song?

One quick correction, on the third line of the verse the F#m changes to a G chord not a D chord. The D chord doesn't come in until the beginning of the fourth line.

the key change at the end is, B (7th fret) F# (9th fret) G#m (4th fret) E (7th fret)
